Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse. During the checkout process, you can select the option for in-store pickup. 

In most cases, we are able to ship your order on the same day or the next working day. Standard shipping time 3-10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

For custom products, the production time may vary and we typically require 6-8 weeks to complete your order. It's best to contact us directly to discuss the specific timing for your custom product order.

We can help to update your shipping address in case the order has not been shipped yet. To change your shipping address, kindly send the new details to [email protected].

If your order has already been shipped, we are no longer able to modify the shipping address. Therefore, we kindly request that you double-check and ensure the shipping information you provide is accurate before making your payment.
