Please note that the following shipping and returns terms apply to all orders placed through our website, www.abzpackaging.com.au. These terms are designed to ensure that you have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience with us.
SHIPPING
Delivery Times
Inventory Product: orders can be supplied in full if goods are in stock, and we strive to ship within 48 hours from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you place your order before 11 am Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped on the same day. If you miss the 11 am cut-off time, Your package will leave our warehouse on the next working day. But depending on our order volume, it may take 1-3 business days to process your order.
Our standard delivery time range is 3-12 business days, depending on your location. Please check individual product pages for more information on shipping times.
Custom Product: custom products normally take 2-4 weeks to produce and around 4 weeks for shipment. So you are supposed to receive your package in 6-8 weeks after artwork approval.
At ABZ Packaging, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery times are estimates only, and we are unable to accept responsibility for any shipping delays outside of our control, and which result in delivery beyond the expected timeframe.
Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service for customers who prefer to collect their order in person. To use this service, simply select 'Click & Collect' as your shipping option when you place your order online.
Our express pick-up service is not available. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be ready for collection. The Sales team will notify you as soon as your order is available for pick-up.

Receiving your shipment
We strongly recommend indicating authorized departure in the comments section of your order to avoid delays and charges in the event of possible delivery failure. Please note that by giving the courier ATL, ABZ Packaging, the courier is not responsible for any lost items. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs if we are charged for retries or returned deliveries.

ORDERS
Please note that all orders placed with ABZ Packaging are subject to our acceptance, and we are not obligated to fulfill any order until we have accepted it. Unless we have agreed with you otherwise, we will not dispatch any order until we have received full payment for all items on the order.
STOCK
Stock Availability
At ABZ Packaging, we strive to keep our website's stock availability as accurate as possible. However, in the event that the stock is unavailable at the time you place your order, we will inform you promptly. Please note that items on your order cannot be reserved until we have received full payment for those items.
